I think it would be useful if you and Cox discussed this matter with Ride Morse, Mkio and TNChau who are now all in the United Kingdom. I feel that the solution to this thorny problem must be found woon, since in the light of the figures given in paragraph 2 of my savingram under reference, it would not be wise to let the matter drift much longer. I suggest you might let persons named have a copy of the savingram for information before discussions take place.
